Production Time
Most dolls are made to order.
Estimated production time:
- TPE dolls: approximately 1–2 weeks
- Silicone dolls: approximately 2–5 weeks
Please note that production time may be longer during factory holidays, public holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, or other temporary delays. Once production is completed, we will send you confirmation photos before shipment whenever applicable.
Production time and shipping time are separate.
In-Stock Items
Some products are available in stock and can be shipped without production time. In most cases, delivery takes about 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and local carrier.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on most standard doll orders.
However, additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas, islands, or special delivery zones. If any extra shipping fee is required for your address, we will inform you before shipment.
Where We Ship
We ship to many countries and regions worldwide.
However, due to import laws, customs regulations, carrier restrictions, or product-related limitations, we do not ship to certain destinations. At this time, shipping is not available to the following regions:
- African countries other than South Africa (please contact us before ordering to confirm availability)
- Some countries in the Middle East and other restricted regions

Estimated Shipping Time
After shipment, estimated delivery time for most standard destinations is usually:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- Australia: 7–12 business days
- Europe: 7–12 business days
Please note that these are estimated transit times only and do not include production time, customs clearance delays, weather disruptions, public holidays, or carrier-related issues.
Discreet Packaging
We take your privacy seriously.
Your doll will be packed securely in a plain, unmarked carton with no labels or markings that reveal the contents. We do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and discreetly.
Shipping Partners
We mainly ship through trusted international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other suitable logistics partners depending on the destination, package size, and available route.
To provide the safest and most efficient delivery, we may choose the shipping method that offers the best balance of privacy, customs clearance, and delivery speed.
Shipping Options for EU Countries
1. UPS Standard Shipping
This option usually takes about 10–15 days after shipment.
Under this method, the package may go through customs clearance in the destination country, and the customer may need to complete customs procedures locally if required. We can provide supporting documents when necessary.
2. Dedicated Air Transportation
This option usually takes about 15–30 days after shipment.
For many customers, this is a more convenient option because in most cases you do not need to deal with customs directly. An additional service fee may apply depending on the size, value, and shipping requirements of the order.
3. Dedicated European Trucking Transportation
For some destinations, dedicated trucking routes may also be available. Transit time and route arrangements may vary depending on the country and local logistics conditions.

FedEx/UPS Store Pickup Requests
If you would like to pick up your package at a local FedEx or UPS store, please provide the full store address when placing your order. If you prefer to have the package held at a FedEx or UPS store because you may not be home at the time of delivery, please let us know the store address before your order is shipped.
Free Delivery Signature Service
We understand how important it is to make sure your order is delivered safely. That is why we offer a free delivery signature service for eligible orders.
With this service, a signature is required upon delivery, adding an extra layer of protection and helping ensure the package is handed directly to you rather than being left unattended or received by someone else.
If you would like to request this service, please contact our customer support team after placing your order. We will be happy to help arrange the signature requirement when available.
Free Shipping Protection
Every order at EighteenDoll includes our free Shipping Protection Service at no additional cost. This protection helps cover eligible shipping issues such as lost packages, transit damage, or courier misdelivery.

Tracking Information
Once your doll is shipped, we will send the tracking number to your email.
Please note that on some special shipping routes, tracking information may not update immediately. In some cases, tracking will only begin updating after customs clearance or after the package has been handed over to the final local carrier.
If your tracking shows limited movement for a period of time, please do not worry. You may contact us at any time for an update.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Import taxes, customs duties, and related fees may apply in some countries when the package arrives. These charges vary depending on the destination country, local customs policy, shipping route, and the size or declared value of the doll.
The buyer is responsible for import taxes and customs-related fees where applicable. If needed, we will provide reasonable assistance during the customs process and help with the necessary communication or documents.
For reference, customs charges in some countries may start from around $100–$150 or more, depending on the order.
Customers in the United States generally do not need to pay import taxes or customs fees.

Delivery Delays
Although we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally happen due to customs inspections, weather conditions, flight adjustments, local carrier issues, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.
Package Issues
Please inspect your package as soon as possible after delivery.
If the outer box is seriously damaged, if items are missing, or if you believe there is a shipping-related issue, please contact us promptly and provide clear photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
