Affiliate Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the EighteenDoll Affiliate Program.

The Affiliate Program is operated by LUOPO HILL TECH LIMITED (“EighteenDoll,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Hong Kong.

By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Provide accurate and complete application information
Operate websites, social media accounts, communities, or other traffic sources that comply with applicable laws and these Terms

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Account

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including your name, contact details, website or traffic source information, and payment details.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Approved Promotion Methods

Affiliates may promote EighteenDoll using approved methods, including:

Content websites or blogs
Social media content
Email marketing to permission-based audiences
Review, comparison, or informational content
Other lawful promotional methods approved by us

All promotional activity must be truthful, lawful, and must not mislead customers.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Use false, deceptive, or misleading claims about EighteenDoll, our products, pricing, shipping, returns, or policies
Misrepresent yourself as EighteenDoll or as an employee, representative, or official partner beyond your role as an independent affiliate
Use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or other abusive marketing practices
Bid on our brand name, domain name, or confusingly similar trademark terms in paid search without our prior written approval
Use illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or sexually unlawful content to promote our website
Post affiliate links on websites, platforms, or channels that violate applicable laws or platform policies
Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake traffic, bots, or any fraudulent method to generate commissions
Offer unauthorized coupons, cashback, rebates, or incentives not approved by us
Promote EighteenDoll in any way that could damage our reputation or create customer confusion

If we determine that your promotional methods violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your participation immediately.

6. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Commissions are tracked through your assigned affiliate links or other tracking methods provided by us.

You understand and agree that:

A commission is only eligible when tracking is properly recorded through our system
We are not responsible for commissions that cannot be attributed due to broken links, deleted cookies, browser restrictions, ad blockers, technical issues outside our control, or improper use of your affiliate link
Tracking data maintained by our system will be used to determine commission eligibility

7. Commission Eligibility

You may earn commissions on qualifying purchases generated through your valid affiliate link, subject to these Terms and the rules of the affiliate platform we use.

A transaction may be disqualified from commission if, including but not limited to:

The order is canceled
The payment fails or is reversed
The order is refunded, charged back, or identified as high-risk or fraudulent
The customer used an invalid or unauthorized discount method
The referral was not properly tracked
The transaction violates these Terms

We reserve the right to review and adjust commissions in cases of refunds, duplicate orders, abuse, suspected fraud, or system errors.

8. Payment of Commissions

Approved commissions will be paid according to the payout schedule, payment threshold, and payment method specified in the affiliate system or separately communicated by us.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment and tax information is accurate and up to date.

We may withhold or delay payment where reasonably necessary for fraud review, compliance checks, payment verification, or dispute resolution.

9. Independent Relationship

You are an independent marketing partner and not an employee, agent, franchisee, representative, or legal partner of EighteenDoll.

Nothing in these Terms creates any joint venture, employment, agency, or exclusive relationship between you and us.

You may not make binding commitments on our behalf.

10. Brand Use and Intellectual Property

We may provide you with certain approved marketing materials, such as banners, text links, logos, or product images.

You may use such materials solely for the purpose of promoting EighteenDoll through the Affiliate Program and only in the form approved by us.

You may not:

Modify our logos or branded materials in a misleading way
Use our trademarks in a manner that implies official endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship
Register domains, social handles, or accounts that imitate or confuse our brand

All intellectual property rights in our website, content, branding, and materials remain the property of EighteenDoll or the relevant rights holders.

11. Compliance With Laws and Platform Rules

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with:

Applicable local laws and regulations
Advertising disclosure requirements
Email marketing and privacy laws
Consumer protection rules
The terms and policies of any platform, marketplace, ad network, or social media service you use

Where legally required, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship, for example by stating that you may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.

12. Customer Relationship

All customers who purchase through EighteenDoll remain our customers.

We reserve the right to handle pricing, promotions, product availability, order acceptance, payment processing, shipping, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer service at our sole discretion and in accordance with our site policies.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this affiliate relationship at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately if we believe that:

You have violated these Terms
Your traffic or promotional methods are fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful
Your conduct creates legal, reputational, or operational risk for EighteenDoll
Your account remains inactive for an extended period
Continued participation is no longer suitable for our program

Upon termination, your right to use affiliate materials and links must cease immediately.

Any unpaid commissions that are under review, associated with prohibited conduct, or tied to invalid transactions may be withheld or canceled.

14. Disclaimer

The Affiliate Program, affiliate platform, and all related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, tracking accuracy in all circumstances, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or expected earnings.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EighteenDoll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to the Affiliate Program.

Our total liability arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total commission amount actually paid or payable to you during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
